EVO offers both short term plans and long term (6 month) agreements. When you hire an EVO ISA or VA you pay for an allotted number of hours that last approximately 20 working days (4 weeks) per pay period.
On a month to month plan, your contract period will renew for an additional allotment of hours each month until you notify EVO of your desire to modify your plan or cancel the service. If month the month, EVO does require all cancelation requests to be submitted at least 10 days prior to your next billing renewal.
6 month agreements will come with a lower monthly price.
Inside Sales Associates (ISA) – focuses on cold call prospecting, lead nurturing & appointment setting – All Phone Based. An ISA has specialized sales training and can typically be expected to be more conversational with some advanced sales skill.
Virtual Assistants (VA) – Often someone who is more organized and capable of managing multiple facets of your business. They are able to comfortably carry on a conversation with your leads and clients, but may not have the advanced sales skill that an ISA is expected to have. A VA is generally more geared toward compliance and processes. On a DISC scale, they are often a high C – personality.
Marketing Managers – Marketing managers often fit the role of a Virtual Assistant as well. A pure marketing manager typically only handles your content creation, video editing and social media management. This work, can be done by a general or executive VA that works directly for your business or on a project basis.
Video Editors – Video Editors are often also marketing managers, but can help with the outlining, creation, editing and posting of short form (YouTube, TikTok, Reels) and long form (YouTube and Vimeo) videos. This work, can be done by a general or executive VA that works directly for your business or on a project basis.
We expect our typical ISA to deliver one or more leads for every 8 hours of prospecting time. The higher priced ISA’s often deliver several leads with every 8 hours of prospecting time.
EVO ISA’s are trained to look for appointment opportunities, but do not be surprised if the majority of your leads from an ISA need a little bit of nurturing from you or the ISA before becoming an appointment. Some prospects just aren’t ready for a face to face after the first ISA conversation.
Our best ISA’s do an amazing job at spotlighting buyer or listing opportunities that you can then focus your marketing and prospecting efforts toward. EVO recommends that you, our client, handle the nurturing effort and let your ISA spend their time identifying more warm / hot opportunities for your business.
Each EVO ISA has received the oportunity to ask for a specific bonus on closed business. These bonuses are based on a closed real estate transaction and can be negotiated. If your industry is different that real estate, consult with Bruce or your EVO relationship manager to determine the best bonus structure for your ISA.
Depending on your desired outcome most clients have a structure that can provide from $250 – $1,000 extra each month, in the way of a bonus.
Dialer & VOIP Phone System – EVO Provides Each ISA / VA with a click to call dialer and multiple local phone numbers for each client we work with. You can provide your own power dialer, but it is not necessary.
Leads List – Clients are responsible for providing their leads list. If you don’t have a list or leads for your ISA, EVO can recommend sources.
Client Relationship Manager (CRM) – EVO recommends the AllTheLeads.com CRM, but we can work with whichever CRM you prefer. If your lead lists come from sources other than All The Leads, a CRM will be beneficial for both your ISA and your business. If your ISA is not provided a CRM, leads and notes will be stored on a leads spreadsheet that each ISA provides at the end of their shift.
Yes. Bruce & EVO can train your existing ISA. EVO Training is modularized by lead type and done in course format. Once an ISA has completed the full course, they then receive up to three (3) 1-1 role play and coaching sessions with Bruce. This is done at a cost of $349.
If you would like EVO to handle the oversight, systems and payment of your ISA moving forward, this can be done at a cost of $150 per month.
